冯中起（b.1971）生于河北晋州。1990年毕业于河北邯郸工业陶瓷学校美术专业。1993年就读于江西景德镇陶瓷学院美术学院美术系，1997年任教苏州工艺美术职业技术学院，现为苏州工艺美术职业技术学院教授。参加展览：1996年第三届“中国油画双年展”；2000年“中国艺术节油画展”；2000-2002年“上海艺博会”；2002年“新加坡艺术博览会”；2003年韩国汉城第一届“艺术博览会”；2003-2005年“台北国际艺术博览会”。（图号：1536）^_^Feng Zhongqi （b.1971） was born in Jinzhou， Hebei. He graduated from the Fine Art Department of Hebei Handan Industry Ceramic Institute. He studied at Fine Art Department of Art Academy of Jiangxi Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute from 1993. In 1997 he started teaching at Suzhou Art and Design Technology Institute.
